Agreement to terms

By accessing or using bizlendhub.com (the "Site") and services provided by Eniji LLC, operating as BizLendHub ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

About BizLendHub

BizLendHub is a business financing marketplace, not a direct lender. We connect small and mid-sized businesses with lenders in our partner network. All loans, advances, and other financing products are originated, underwritten, funded, and serviced by third-party lending institutions. Each lender sets its own rates, terms, fees, and underwriting criteria.

We are compensated by lenders when applications we submit result in funded transactions. This compensation structure does not affect the independence of the matching we provide.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. By submitting an application, you represent that the information provided is accurate and complete and that you have authority to submit such information.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy Site content other than for personal reference
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without written permission
• Interfere with the Site's operation or security
• Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code

Application and information sharing

When you submit an application through the Site, you authorize BizLendHub to share your information with lenders in our network whose products may match your needs. You authorize those lenders to contact you regarding their products. You also authorize BizLendHub and those lenders to obtain consumer and business credit reports as permitted by law.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. All approval decisions rest solely with the lending institutions.

No financial, legal, or tax advice

Content on the Site, including articles, calculators, and educational resources, is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Individual circumstances vary; consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, calculators, and software, is owned by Eniji LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "BizLendHub" is a trademark of Eniji LLC.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial reference. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party links and content

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of rate quotes, loan calculations, or other information, which are estimates based on typical market conditions and your specific offer may differ.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENIJI LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR PERSONNEL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eniji LLC and its personnel from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of inaccurate information.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
